"I love Anita Blake books and this one really was interesting. Yes there is a lot of sex, but the story keeps getting more and more complicated. I like that Anita is working through her issues, and its nice to finally see Richard doing his part in the triumvirate."

" I would have to give this book 3 1/2 stars it was better than some of tha other books in this series and I am waiting to see how things play out in the next book. There was growth in some of the old characters and and the death to someone who had to go in my opinion really needed to go. While there was the same old anita who has to have everything explained to her and Asher who is mad and whinning because he does not get his way. There is some resolution to some of it and some new characters introduced. The sex in this book was upped to a hole new level but as always the power struggle continues. "

" This series should have wrapped up and been over a few books ago. They just keep getting worse. AND I am quite upset that I paid $13.99 for an e"book" that was really a novella. Don't waste your money on this book! "

" I felt this one never really got off the ground, and the ending was very rushed and tried to just throw things together to wrap up the story, almost like there was a max page limit and the author needed to end it before she hit it. "

" I am sad to say that I think I am done. Don't waste your time, plot was very limited, characters were unbelievable and flat, and you can find better porn on the net for free. Ms. Hamilton, you can do better than this. "
