London society has its very own Cupid. Renowned horse breeder and occasional matchmaker Devin Baldwin pairs eligible young ladies with suitable gentlemen based on his theory of animal magnetism. Unafraid of ruffling the ton’s feathers, this darkly handsome Cupid doles out tips for bettering one’s chances of meeting a mate that are as pointed as the love legend’s sharpest arrows!
Lovely Amanda Locke, the daughter of a duke, is everything a nobleman could desire, yet she enters her third Season still searching for a match. Gossipmongers’ tongues are wagging, and her mystified family is considering drastic measures to find her a husband. But the insufferable advice of this Cupid fellow is the last thing Amanda wants.
When an earl passionate about horses becomes the target of her husband hunt, Amanda knows it’s time to overcome her fear of riding. With her sister-in-law Ophelia hastening the romance along by arranging riding lessons, Amanda is soon taking instruction from infuriating Devin Baldwin. Astonishingly, in her daily encounters with Devin—who treats her as an ordinary young woman, not a prize to be won at the marriage mart—Amanda experiences passion for the first time. Now, her search for a match takes her in an unexpected direction as she finds herself falling in love with Cupid himself.
Delivering the “potent, sexy chemistry” (Booklist) and witty repartee for which she is adored, Johanna Lindsey shines with this sparkling new novel.

"I won this through First Reads and loved it! I had been a voracious reader of Lindsey's historical romances for a long time and then had taken a bit of a break. "Let Love Find You" was a great way to get me back into her books. I loved the interaction of all of the characters, especially the hero and heroine. Johanna Lindsey does great dialogue - this one kind of reminded me of a Cary Grant/Rosalind Russell movie with the love/hate relationship and snappy comebacks."

" I enjoyed this book, but I have noticed a theme with the female characters written by this author. A great many of them are whiny, insufferable twits until a man comes along who "tames" them or changes them somehow. God forbid a woman has a positive impact on a man who happens to be an insufferable twit! "
— Shalyn, 2/5/2014" This one was ok. It's no where near as good as Lindsey's older books but still a worthwhile read. "
— Haley, 2/1/2014" This story was good, just dragged on a bit in the middle and then was rushed at the end. Not one of my favs from this author. "
— Tori, 1/30/2014" I don't read historical romances very often but this one was given to me and I loved it! I am glad I read it. "
— Donna, 1/22/2014" farily tame regency romance...Duke's daughter looking for marriage after 3 seasons...falls for horse trainer/breeder, who also happens to be a matchmaker... "
— Denise, 1/20/2014" Definitely a book you can sit through, but it lacks what Lindsey's other books have. I guess I was expecting more romance and was disappointed that the couple didn't sizzle until the last 100 pages or so. Don't get me wrong, it still has Lindsey's signature touches but I kinda wanted more... "
— Brittani, 1/18/2014" It's okay. I started it, didn't like it. Put it away. Picked it up again months later and read it. "
— Mcfree, 12/18/2013" Wow. This was actually a really good book. I didn't think Lindsey was even capable of producing a book as good as the ones she wrote in her heyday in the 80s and 90s, but this one was pretty darn close! "
— Lori, 12/10/2013" Very clean romance, slow at first but worth the read. Bring on the next novel Johanna! "
— Megan, 12/1/2013" I admit, it's been awhile since I've read any of Lindsey's books. I wasn't a huge fan of this one - fairly predictable. "
— Samantha, 11/17/2013" This is an enjoyable read. Devin and Amanda are likable characters in this historical romance. "
— Jacqueline, 11/14/2013" 2.5. Meh. "
— Steph, 11/11/2013" It started a little slow, and I felt the ending was lacking some how. Overall it was a good book, I have read better from Johanna Lindsey. "
— Sheilad37, 10/19/2013" This was a true romance book where love overcomes any obstacles. "
— Lisa, 6/25/2013" Great read! Always fun. "
— Valorie, 5/18/2013" Why are her books getting more timid, more teen romance with barely any drama, no big romance, all of the sudden they are in love and happy ending. Want books more like her old ones. "
— Melissa, 12/6/2012" excellent book. i enjoy the fast paced, wit, arguing, humor and family "
— Shelley, 11/9/2012" 3.75 stars. I liked this one a bit better than the previous. Hey people get shot at in this one. LOL! "
— Dianna, 10/12/2012" I usually am a sucker for a good romance novel. This one was just to boring! "
— Wendee, 9/23/2012" I really like Johanna Lindsey's stories - I think I've read all the ones about the St. Johns and the Lockes. Well written and a good story. "
— Carolyn, 8/23/2012" 2.5 I love Johanna Lindsey, but her books don't hold my attention like they use to. "
— JuJu, 6/5/2012" Not the best book by Johanna Lindsey, but still enjoyable "
