In the American Wild West the law is young, and men and women must make their own justice. Casey Stratton has left behind an unbearable situation at home and set off on her own, relying on her courage and inventiveness to survive where most women could not. Damien Rutledge III is a society man from New York, thrusting aside his life of refinement and sophistication in favor of a more basic need - revenge. Their two worlds collide as Casey and the eastern gentleman chase the same outlaws, and when passion flares Damien is torn between avenging his father's death, and his love for the fiery Casey.

"I listened to this on audio... Very hysterical attempt at Texas accents which I thoroughly enjoyed as a Texan myself. The story was cute and vastly different from the other wild west romances I've read. I liked the fact that the main characters came from such different backgrounds... Opposites attract finding common ground."

" three thumbs for Roy Bean. karakter ga penting yang nyebelin tapi bikin buku ini jadi kocak banget. udah nikahin orang secara paksa, eh, abis itu disuruh cerai paksa pula. semua cuma demi lima dolar :D "
— Nura, 1/25/2014" This was the 1st adult romance book I've read. Even though I didn't read the 1st part until now, I have to say I enjoyed the relationship between Casey and Damien a lot. "
— Jules, 1/21/2014" ehm.. tokoh ceweknya superhero banget. keren, bisa adu tembak gitu, jadi pembunuh bayaran lagi. "

— Joy, 11/25/2013" Full of action and a few fights, just goes to show that a girl can do anything she sets her mind to, and when she least expects it finds love. "
— Colleen, 11/4/2013" I some how missed this book when I went through my JL faze years ago. Based on the summary I didn't think I would like it, but it was enjoyable. I did like how Casey wasn't trying to conceal that she was a woman, just no one asked her. "
— JuJu, 11/2/2013" well, in buku oma yang menurutku karakte si cewek paling diam dan menutup diri. tapi, Damian adalah lelaki yang luarbiasadalam menghadapi gadis yang seperti itu. salut buat Damian "

— Sharon, 5/16/2013" Not bad. That's pretty much what I can say about it. Though the fact that it is a bestseller SHOCKING, but I'm not a frequent romance reader. So, in my opinion you should definitely ask a recommendation of an expert when it comes to romance ;). "
— Ghaliya, 2/23/2013" Now, this one I enjoyed a lot more than the first installment in this series, if for nothing else than the fact Casey carries her own weight through most of the story. Plus, better plot here. "
— Johara, 11/17/2012" A western romance about a young girl pretending to be a boy and the tenderfoot who hires her to track down his father's killer. "
— Debra, 10/18/2012" Sweet, fiery follow-up to 'A Heart SO Wild' that has a delectable quality all its own. You love Casey's love story as much, if not more than, her mother and father's! ;) "
