Stephan Schiffman is a certified management consultant who has trained a wide variety of companies, including IBM, AT&T, Motorola, Sprint, CIGNA, and many others. He has trained over 500,000 professionals in over 9,000 companies. Previously he was a broadcasting executive and an account executive for a brokerage firm. Schiffman is a frequent guest on national radio and television shows, including CNBC’s Smart Money, Steals and Deals, Money Talk, AP’s Special Assignment, and others.

Gary Krebs is a longtime book publisher, author, and editor with three decades of publishing experience.

About the Narrators

Paul Boehmer is an American actor best known for his numerous appearances in the Star Trek universe, in addition to Frasier, Judging Amy, Guiding Light, and All My Children. He is a 1992 Masters of Fine Arts graduate of the Professional Theater Training Program at the University of Delaware. As a narrator, Paul has won several AudioFile Earphones Awards as well as an Audie Award.

Jonathan Todd Ross is a writer and an Earphones and Audie Award–winning voice actor. He has lent his voice to numerous anime television shows, including Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sonic X.
