My name is Chloe Saunders. I'm fifteen, and I would love to be normal.
But normal is one thing I'm not.
For one thing, I'm having these feelings for a certain antisocial werewolf and his sweet-tempered brother—who just happens to be a sorcerer—but, between you and me, I'm leaning toward the werewolf.
Not normal.
My friends and I are also on the run from an evil corporation that wants to get rid of us—permanently.
Definitely not normal.
And finally, I'm a genetically altered necro-mancer who can raise the dead, rotting corpses and all, without even trying.
As far away from normal as it gets.

"This was better than the other two in this trilogy. I enjoyed the suspense and was really rotting for the characters. My only complaint is that the ending was left too open. There are still issues that weren't resolved. I like a nice clean ending with very few questions left and this didn't do that. However, the characters were great! They felt like they could be real people to me. Especially Derek. Chloe was fun to watch her evolve and grow into herself."

“The long-awaited finale to the Darkest Powers trilogy does not disappoint. Readers will be on the edge of their seats with sharp twists and turns...A fantastic read.”
— RT Book Reviews“This nail-biting climax to the series continues to captivate readers with its edge-of-one’s-seat pacing. Armstrong’s story is full of action, romance, deception, and intrigue as well as complex characters and serious teenage issues. A satisfying addition for fans of the supernatural.”
— School Library Journal" It was romantic, and cute and suspenseful. I was jumping for joy by the end of it. I like the comedy she added as well "
— Aleera, 2/11/2014" I would recommend this to my friends. "

— Annabel, 2/5/2014" i swear this book has the smartest protagonist I've ever seen! "
— Manisha, 2/1/2014" I love this series! This is the next book series that should be a movie. The characters are amazing, and I love how the kids are independent, but still have adults around in a lot of their adventures. "
— Marie, 1/19/2014" Good series. Seems to be there could've been more plot left behind, maybe a second trilogy in our future? "
— Tiffani, 1/18/2014" Great close to this trilogy. Was a really fun read thru and thru with some great twists. Loved the character development. "
— Kimmy, 1/17/2014" I love this book, but the end made me angry, the author should continium some things that were inconclusive. "
— Debora, 1/14/2014" The suspense just increases, but this isn't the end of Chloe Saunders, not yet. Can she control her powers, or will she forever be waking people from the dead by accident? "
— Kayla, 1/13/2014" A few all nighters and I managed to finish this series in a few days. Granted, I'm probably going to crash bad tonight for it but it was worth it! "
— Rana, 12/8/2013" sepanjang cerita menegangkan, gk ada santai-santainya. :D "
— Cloe, 12/1/2013" Absolutely perfect! I absolutely loved the ending and I had prayed the entire series they'd end up together! And they did and I just about cried in relief. This book was absolutely fantastic and I would read it again if I had the time! "

— Tamis, 7/16/2012" This was a great ending to a great trilogy. None of the main characters could be considered static by the end. They grow and change, which is always complimentary to a solid plot with excitement around every corner. "
— Andrea, 5/24/2012" Well and so another great series ends! This book ended just how I wanted it to and really cannot wait for the spin off book series! "

— Iman, 2/4/2012" Amazing. Nothing more to say. "
— Dawn, 8/2/2011" This book was as enjoyable as the previous two in the series. The only thing I found to be a shame was the lack of ending. It's left so open I honestly thought there would be more books to come, only to be disappointed to learn that it's a trilogy. Nevertheless a thoroughly good read! "

— Christina, 5/2/2011Kelley Armstrong is the author of young adult fiction, paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and mysteries in stand-alone novels and over fifteen series. Frostbitten, The Gathering, and No Humans Involved were New York Times bestsellers. She believes experience is the best teacher, though she has been told this shouldn’t apply to writing her murder scenes. To craft her books, she has studied aikido, archery, and fencing. She sucks at all of them. She has also crawled through very shallow cave systems and climbed half a mountain before chickening out.
Cassandra Morris has received critical acclaim for her voice-over work from Publishers Weekly and AudioFile magazine, earning a dozen Earphones Awards and twice been a finalist for the prestigious Audie Award for best narration. Her voice has also been heard on television in commercial campaigns and numerous Nickelodeon and Disney products. She is the voice of many cartoon characters, including Leo and Luna in Yu-Gi-Oh, Carrie in Barbie: A Fairy Secret, Nathan in Pokémon, and Lola in Angelo Rules.
