Publisher Description

Redemption isn’t a word Jim Heron knows much about — his specialty is revenge, and to him, sin is all relative. But everything changes when he becomes a fallen angel and is charged with saving the souls of seven people from the seven deadly sins. And failure is not an option. Vin diPietro has surrendered himself to his business—until fate intervenes in the form of a tough-talking, Harley-riding, self-professed savior, and a woman who makes him question his destiny. With an ancient evil ready to claim him, Vin has to work with a fallen angel not only to win his beloved over…but to redeem his very soul.

"I love this author and the only thing preventing me from giving this book five stars was the clunky opening. It took me till page 60 to get into the story, but then I was totally hoooked. I'd be worried an author that has never read her would struggle with that and give up. That being said, this was one of the first novels and especially a paranormal romance if you want to call it that, where I couldn't predict the ending. And that I just loved. A great read, excellend villains, questionable good guys, and of course, some hot sex. An enjoyable read and a unique take on the fallen angels genre."

" This book has managed to turn the classical view of angels and the Devil himself upside down. With a vain devil and angels of the biker variety, you'll get tossed into the battle of good and evil, while the tea drinking British Arch angles watches. You'll have a lot of fun and you'll learn to love the characters and the witty way of writing that characterises J.R. Ward's books and you won't put it down until you've read the entire series. "

" Read this book in two days - while it wasn't Black Dagger Brotherhood - I still believe it was a good read. Starting Crave today - so at least it has my interest to move forward with the series. "

" I absolutely love Vin and Gretchen. I was a little skeptical about these book, mostly because I prefer Vamps to any other supernatural creatures and I was wondering how all these creatures was going to work out in Caldwell, NY. Needless to say, I want to move to Caldwell! "

" I was so unsure about this book I'm a bdb fan to the core. I loved this book. I was so glad some open ended things from that series got answered in this one. Altogether read this book it is a little ruff at first but Jim keeps your heart in it. "

" good start to a new series. As a HUGE fan of Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood series, I liked the bit of overlapping on this book -- takes place in Caldwell NY, Iron Mask nightclub featured. Even a Brother sighting - Phury -- early in the book. I like the redemption theme and I do like the Jim Heron character. The sex scenes were not as hot as the BDB books, but still pretty steamy nonethless. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series - Crave. "
