Publisher Description

The series takes place in a world similar to our own but one where vampires, witches, werewolves and shape-shifters live among humans without their knowledge. These supernatural races make up a secret society known as the Night World, which enforces two fundamental laws to prevent discovery: 1) Never allow humans to gain knowledge of the Night World's existence and, 2) Never fall in love with one of them. Armed with a wooden stake, martial arts, and the will to resist a vampire’s mind control, Rachel struggles to avenge her mother’s death in The Chosen. Then she meets Quinn, her soulmate, who is part of the world she has vowed to destroy.

" I really enjoyed 2 of the three stories in this book. The first one is one of those that you know whats going to happen and it makes it hard to read the rest. But I got through it and the others were good! "

" Dark Angel is the worst book among all the Night World books. It was really boring in the first two-thirds part of the book. The Chosen and Soulmate were ten times better. It was in Soulmate when I really tried to blink away tears. And I don't cry that easily. "

" Books 4-6 in the series. They start to get a bit repeptitive as far as the theme goes (various Night World people/creatures finding their soulmates) but as enjoyable and quick summer reading goes, they remain excellent. "

" I liked the first book "Dark Angel". The second book "The Chosen" was hard to finish. I did not finish The third book "Soulmate". I read the first 2 chapters and I really did not want to read any more of it. It didn't grab me I guess. "
