" This book was quite different than the others because it is told form Bonne's perspective mostly. It was a bit of a change there, but not bad. Still I actually missed Elena & was wondering how they would manage to bring her back. The ending was kind of corny but everything else was pretty good. I actually found myself feeling a bit creeped out reading it at night with most of the lights off. "

" Elena should've stayed dead.. Well, this whole series is a terrible waste of time and I want that time back. Too late, I think. One interesting thing about The Vampire Diaries was Damon. "

" I really liked that it had more than elena's point of view since she's "dead". I liked getting into the physics of Bonnie and her feelings toward it. Matt, got into depth with all the shit Elena did to him. Tyler got to play some what of the bad guy. "

" I love this book more than the previous three. Bonnie, Meredith and Matt were not Elena's little puppies any more. They cooperated with each other and succeeded to save their town. Matt's sticking to justice and Meredith's calm and strong will did impress me. "

" I actually find the tv series to be lightyears better than the books. The characters are awful, and the plot seems like the author strung it together using a badly written "choose your own adventure" where none of the options make any sense. "
