" I guessed the author would tackle Tegan as a romantic hero early in the series. He seemed the most mysterious of the warriors. There was a hint of this pairing in the previous book. Pretty enjoyable -- although I am not sure how easy it would be to jump into the series, it is more understandable if you start from the beginning. "
