" Ok so the more I read the books the more I worry about Mr Vampire Bill. What is his deal? Does he really love Sookie or does he not??...And I also find myself routing for Eric. Yes I know he is the "bad" guy but he seems to have Sookie's best interest at heart...Or does he because at times he is just like Bill. The book keeps the pages turning and then leaves you hanging at the end needing to just pick up the next book and start reading it as soon as you are done with this one. Great series so far! ""

— Kellie, 2/17/2014" not going to sugar coat it. third book in, it is getting mentally difficult to read these books. the descriptions are lacking, and no wonder the producers and directors go over the top in the tv show...because they leave much to be desired in book form. "
— Nina, 1/22/2014" One of my favorite guilty pleasures. Not great literature, but really fun. "
— Kate, 1/18/2014" I love this series. The books are so much better then the show True Blood. "
— Valerie, 1/3/2014" Another good one. I am really enjoying this series, but I gotta ask, how is Sookie not dead? She really took a beating this time around. "
— Heather, 1/2/2014" Bill is a douche. I love Pam, Eric and Bubba. Book Sookie is much more enjoyable than tv Sookie. "
— Tina, 12/10/2013" One of the books that I skipped and I learned a lot. It was an easy fast read. Sookie stayed in danger "
— Debra, 11/3/2013" A fun read. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something to keep your interest for a few hours, but not too picky about "good literature." The prose isn't great, but it'll keep you reading. "
— Epluim, 9/21/2013" loved this one cause it shows bills true nature "
— Kara, 6/21/2013" Silly Bill, why did you go and do that? "
— Martha, 2/28/2013" I am loving, loving these books! I've watched all the shows, but to be honest, the books are so much better! "
— Tabby, 2/3/2013" Still liking this series. I am a little not liking Bill but I think that was the point of the book. Hopefully it keeps going in the direction but I have a feeling it wont. "
— Jessica, 1/14/2013" Better than the first two but the ending felt rushed. "
— Susan, 11/4/2012" only reason i gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because sookie can be a real dumb-ass sometimes "
— Demetric, 5/16/2012" I love this series, I can hardly wait to start the next until I finish the current one. "
— Carissa, 11/27/2011" Not the best writing in the world, but it was an amusing story, which was pretty much my expectation of it. "
— Brandi, 10/13/2011" I love Charlaine Harris! If you liked the first books, you will like this one too. "
— Christianne, 3/12/2011" Sookie is seriously getting around!! Poco Bill, tanto Eric e tanto Alcide, mi sta bene! "
— Giuseppe, 11/12/2010" Fairly good read. Especially for a long car ride. "
