    " Some of his rules are common sense if you know the basics of eating healthy, and some of them are hard to accomplish. I liked that his book was filled with statistical research, but it was almost overkill. It ends with recipes and a meal plan, but I am never a fan of any recipes a health book has to offer. This one wasn't any different. It's definitely a motivating book with lots of good information though! "

    " Really like the format. Was quick and easy. No nonsense. Also really loved the 30 day meal plan. Laying out breakfast, lunch and dinner options I can stick with. Also like how he tells you to stock the pantry and fridge and make one day your prep for the week. This is absolutely what I needed to take the guesswork out of planning and make it fast and healthy if you are on the go! "
