"Many of the reviews said that this was a super cheesy and not worth reading book. i have to say otherwise! I have seen the CW TV series and I am a sucker for teen drama shows, but this book was different from what I expected. Some parts of the show are the same as the book but there is ALOT that is different which I like because I don't already know whats about to happen, I just know the general direction it will head. I recommend the book and I cant wait to read the rest of the series."

" I'm in love with the series and have finished it several times on Netflix. Decided to read the books after watching the series. I wasn't as impressed by the books and I probably wouldn't have watched the show if I had read the first book, first. I'm going to give the next one a shot now that I know the book is a lot different. See if I can power through the book series, just to say that I had. "
