" This was a great book, the main character Grace was really believable - loved the ending! "
— Lynn, 2/14/2014" This is my first Linda Howard novel. I really enjoyed the strong female main character, the historical component, and the bizarre time-travel thread. I 'read' it as a book on CD "
— Kathy, 1/23/2014" For me, this is a perfect "going back in time" medieval romance. I was on my tippy toes the whole time I was reading it because of all the suspense in the book. Loved it! "
— Mia, 1/22/2014" I've never read this author.... suggested by a friend. It was a good read - very different with some history in it. "
— April, 1/18/2014" I was surprised that this turned out as well as it did. After reading the Outlander series it's hard for me to read anything about Highlanders without comparing the two. Of course this is a much less complex story but she did a good job. I really liked the characters and even though it seemed like you didn't really get to know Niall you were still taken with him. I'm not sure how she accomplished that but she did a great job with it. "
— Tasha, 1/16/2014" The first Linda Howard book I ever read. You never forget your first. "
— Marisa, 1/16/2014" Excellent read for the Scottish time travel fans. "
