About Émile Coué

Émile Coué (1857–1926) was a French psychologist and pharmacist who introduced a method of psychotherapy, healing, and self-improvement based on self-hypnosis, and characterized by frequent repetition of the formula, “every day in every way, I am becoming better and better.” The familiar mantra became known as Couéism. 

About Jason McCoy
