"This book is the second in the Charlie Bone series. I enjoyed the first book, so I decided to read this one. It is about Charlie Bone, a kid who can speak to photographs. He goes to a special school that is for gifted students. He meets a relative who was transported through time by the Time Twister, which looks like a marble, but can make people travel through time. I enjoyed this book. I recommend it to those who enjoy fantasy, or who read the first book in the series. It is an interesting read, and as good as the first book."

" Daniel again loves the series. "
— Jacque, 2/17/2014" creepy and wierd but good "
— Ashley, 2/3/2014" This book made me happy and optomistic. It allowed me to escape reality and forget my troubles, becoming fully immersed in Charlie Bones instead. The two things a good book should do "
— Jesse, 2/3/2014" My son and I listened to this one - we probably should have started at the beginning of the series. It was a little confusing, lots of characters to keep track of, some of them kind of creepy, but interesting plot. "
— Tiffiny, 1/31/2014" like the other books in this series, i really don't remember the plotline. it's been a while since i read them, and this wasn't one of the books that i really remember that well...but i do remember it being a good read. "
— Anisha, 1/28/2014" The kids', especially the boys, are really into these books. They are very much on their level - meaning 2nd-4th grade and they can't wait to start book 3. "
— Erin, 1/20/2014" Disappointed in weak characters, plot development, weak writing altogether. Overall series plot painfully obvious. "
— Gwyn, 1/16/2014" I found this book a bit boring because it took a long time to get into the interesting part, but once you got into the middle of the book, you wouldn't be able to stop reading it. When I read this book, I had to reread some parts of the book over again because it sometimes didn't really make sense. This book is also very creative at the same time because it had magical powers and things that wouldn't really happen in real life. This book would be good for people that are interested in fantasy and have a big imagination because this book contains a lot of that. Also if you enjoy this book, you should continue to read the next book that follows it, so you can continue the adventure of Charlie Bone. "
— Sara, 1/14/2014" My review for this book is the same for the first Charlie Bone book.... "
— Andrea, 1/13/2014" An OK continuation of the series but I didn't like it quite as much as the first book. There were also some holes in the time travel story line. I will most likely continue with the series because I do like the characters and most of the story. "
— Becky, 1/5/2014" I like the plot but the writing is too sparse. I would love more details. "
