311 Pelican Court

Cedar Cove, Washington

Dear Listener,

One thing about Cedar Cove—people sure are interested in what other people are doing. Take me, for instance. Everybody in the town knows that my husband, Zach, and I recently got a divorce. Everybody also knows that Judge Olivia Lockhart decreed a pretty unusual custody arrangement. It won't be the kids moving between my place and Zach's. We're the ones who'll be going back and forth!

Olivia isn't immune to gossip herself. Will she stay with Jack, the guy who runs our local paper, or will she get back with her ex? Inquiring minds want to know!

But the really big gossip has to do with the dead guy—the man who died at a local bed-and-breakfast. Who is he and why did he show up there in the middle of the night? Roy McAfee, our local private investigator, is absolutely determined to find out. I hope he does—and then I'll let you know! See you soon….

"This series just keeps getting better and better! Talk about an emotional roller coaster! Kind of reminds me of a soap opera in that there are so many story lines going on. It's definately keeping me interested and I can't wait to read the next one to see what happens next. "

" # 3 in the series but equal in quality to the first and second. Love it when I like the next installments as much as the one that got me hooked in the first place. Blossom Street is such a nice place to stroll along meeting friendly folks in real life situations knitted together by friendship discovered in the pursuit of this old-fashioned, homey craft. "

" Still too much divorce and betryal in this series for my liking. Not a traditional romance at all. More like a soap opera. Some lingering questions for the previous book were answered and some weren't so the ...to be continued... still goes on. I'm compelled almost more by the mystery of the background story arches (first about Dan's disappearance and now about the dead guy at the B&B) than with all the various romances. This series isn't bad, but it is different. "

" The story is enjoyable. The problem with the series is it involves a whole town. So you are getting the history and story of about 10-20 people per book and they all intertwine. So somuch of the story has to be completely repeated in each of the books. "
