Publisher Description

After years apart, Mick and Megan O’Brien are finally ready to make it official... again. Most of their grown children couldn’t be happier about their rekindled love and impending marriage this holiday season. Only Connor is a holdout. Driven to become a divorce attorney after what he views as his mother’s abandonment of their family, Connor’s not about to give his blessing to this reunion romance. The last thing Megan wants to do is hurt her family again. After all, is she really sure she and Mick can make it this time around? And when an unexpected delivery causes chaos, it seems only a miracle can reunite this family. Of course, it is Christmas—the season of miracles.

"I have decided I like this series in no small part because of the real way the family interacts. Reminds me a great deal of my own, the good natured bickering, arguments and a great deal of love thoughout. Very quick easy read. Great way to finish a stressful day. "

" Cute but predictable episode in the series. An interesting twist is the focus on Megan and her relationship with her adult son, Connor whose story will be continued in the next volume. A quick pleasant read for the holidays. "

" I am so happy after reading a book by Sherryl Woods. She understands families, fights and love being the one thing that holds them together. Mick and Megan's story is not only about two people in love, but about the importance of family. "

" Something was missing, but I haven't figured out what. The characters seemed a little bit flat. I liked it because it moved the story forward, and I will get the next trilogy about Chesapeake Shores, so it wasn't flawed unbearably. "

" This was a nice, light installment to this author's Chesapeake Shores series. There was a lot of conflict in this book, with a very interesting twist in the middle. It seemed to wrap up too quickly and neatly. "
