    " So this health/nutrition/"diet" book was given to me by my former vegetarian/macrobiotic mom. I know I should want to do this - it talks about eating all organic fruits, vegs and free-range meat, no caffeine, no high-fructose corn syrup, etc etc. However, when I see stuff like "Apple-Walnut Amaranth" as a breakfast, it just makes me want to run for the hills! LOL Dont think Im going to do this one- although the concepts make sense. "
