The Fire Chronicle Audiobook

" The sequel to the Emerald Atlas, the adventure continues. This is a young adult fantasy in the tradition of The Chronicles of Narnia or Harry Potter. The series begins and returns to the present, though adventures take three siblings through a magical world complete with elves, dwarfs, magicians and witches. Not as sophisticated as Tolkien, though more mature than Narnia. This is a solid work for the genre and lots fun if you like this sort of thing. "

" This book was a little slow to start, but the action continued to build to a very suspenseful ending. My biggest complaint with this series is the wait between books. I don't think the release date for the next book has even been announced yet. Must we wait so long? And (spoiler alert) please don't let Rafe be a bad-bad guy. I really like him. "
