" This was a quick book to read. I really liked all the characters from the beginning. I could see where the next book was going in Chapter 1 & it really made me want to read the next book. J.D.Tyler really knows how to tell a story & get you wrapped up in it. That's what made me love this book. "

" Better than the first book in the series, but still a bit lacking in character development. Especially the relationship between the sister and brother. If my brother had been kidnapped and tortured and come back scarred mentally and emotionally, I would've been by his side 24/7, no matter what. "

" Wanted to see Aric get escape from being captured. Really liked Rowan. Michah intrigued and nice to see continuation of Kalen/Mac. "
