"Great book for investigating ways to train your mind to be more positive and confident. I found it especially useful after my Great Depression (worse than the one in the late 20's early 30's!). It's a very practical read but in no way boring if you're interested in improving your focus, mental acuity, and overall mental outlook on life."

" The case studies and examples are very dated. It sometimes reads like a script from Mad Men. The philosophy is strong and was very relevant to me. I was able to put this book to use in my day-to-day life. It could really use an update. Does anyone know of one? I may do it myself. "

" Much more than a 'self-help' book. Maxwell Maltz helps us understand the role that self-image plays in daily life. Positive imaging and affirmations won't get you where you want to be if you're holding onto false beliefs about yourself. Will read it again. "
