" The father of all personal finance books. The phenomenally surprising thing about this book is that the author was born in 1874! Yet you can read the EXACT same principles in any of the many finance books written today. The stories are interesting little parables (originally pamphlets) and the book only offers a handful of the same truisms throughout, yet that is kind of the point: These simple lessons stand the test of time. " Really Good. Contrary to book though, pay God first, yourself second. Too oriented toward the love of money, really good story telling though. "

" Amazing how the principles of saving and money is the same since ancient times! A must-read for everyone! You don't have to be "into investing" to read this. The book outlines what money is supposed to do for us. My favorite line is "Gold is reserved for men who knows its laws." "
