"Great book by one of my favorite authors. Story is "dated", but not a problem, 80's setting - 1988 or '89. I found myself relating a lot to the main character, Marnie Hibbs. Seldom do I ever read a book more than once, but this is one I could reread in the future."

" A quick fun read. Much of the story seems fairly implausible, but I'm always happy with a HEA. I did like the infusion of a teenage boy into the development of the relationship. Just some of the things that happened seemed so unlikely. Still I enjoyed it. "

" Simple love story between an unlikely couple. The story was good, the characters likable, in the end I was rooting for these two to get together. My only problem was the story was a little too simple, just not enough conflict. I like more drama. "
