About the Authors
J. A. Konrath has written over thirty novels and over a hundred short stories in the mystery, thriller, horror, and sci-fi genres. He twice won the Love Is Murder Award for best thriller, the Derringer Award, and the Ellery Queen Readers Choice Award, and has been nominated for many others. His fiction has appeared in dozens of magazines and anthologies including Ellery Queen, Alfred Hitchcock, Cemetery Dance, The Strand, and he also blogs for the Huffington Post. Blake Crouch is a bestselling novelist and screenwriter. His novels include Recursion, Dark Matter, and the Wayward Pines trilogy, which was adapted into a television series for FOX. He also co-created the TNT show Good Behavior, based on his Letty Dobesh novellas.
Jack Kilborn is the award-winning author of numerous books, including Afraid and Trapped. As J. A. Konrath, he is the author of the Jacqueline “Jack” Daniels Mysteries. He has won the Derringer Award and the Ellery Queen Readers Choice Award. He lives in Illinois.
About the Narrators
Patrick Lawlor, an award-winning narrator, is also an accomplished stage actor, director, and combat choreographer. He has worked extensively off Broadway and has been an actor and stuntman in both film and television. He has been an Audie Award finalist multiple times and has garnered several AudioFile Earphones Awards, a Publishers Weekly Listen-Up Award, and many starred audio reviews from Library Journal and Kirkus Reviews.
Angela Dawe is an actor, writer, and audiobook narrator based in the Midwest. Her work as an actor has included roles in theater, film, and television, as well as improv and sketch comedy with such theaters as Second City and the Annoyance. In the literary world, Angela has received multiple awards and nominations for her work as an audiobook narrator, and is a published fiction author herself. She holds a BA in philosophy, so if the writing/performing work dries up, she has something to fall back on.
