    " Really awful collection of short stories. There were a couple of chuckles in there, but for the most part I felt like there is something mentally wrong with the author because of how a lot of the stories end with the main character killing others for no real good reason. "

About the Author

J. A. Konrath (a.k.a. Joe Konrath, Jack Kilborn, and Joe Kimball) is the author of eight novels in the Jack Daniels thriller series, including Whiskey Sour, Bloody Mary, Rusty Nail, Dirty Martini, Fuzzy Navel, Cherry Bomb, Shaken, and Stirred. Konrath writes horror under the pseudonym Jack Kilborn (Afraid, Trapped, and Endurance) and science fiction under the name Joe Kimball. He has sold over one million e-books.

About the Narrator

Luke Daniels is a narrator whose many audiobook credits range from action and suspense to young-adult fiction, including works by Philip Roth and John Updike. He has been a finalist for the prestigious Audie Award in 2012 and 2014 and has earned thirteen AudioFile Earphones Awards. As an actor, he has performed at various repertory theaters around the country, with an emphasis on Shakespeare.
