"I read this book after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad with the intention of getting into real estate. This is a book you will most likely have to re-visit and it focuses mainly on multi unit properties. There were a few parts where they mentioned charts that you would be able to follow along with if you had the physical copy of the book. Overall it is a good read and worth your time. "

" This book is a simple guide to real estate investing. Merely reading this book can help you learn more about real estate investing than most real estate agents. As this book is only the basic, my warning is to do a little more research before applying all of its materials. "
