"This book I believe tried to bridge the lessons learned in combat to the workplace, but I think what is most important that I would have liked to understand more is the motivational aspect. In the day to day world, we know that it can be a struggle to motivate your workforce from time to time. The Seals are on another level, based on patriotism and brotherhood, where the motivation is constant.
It would have been great to gleam one or two pointers into how the Seals motivate their team and how I could possibly apply those tools to say an accounting team.
Nevertheless, I still found the book an entertaining and useful read."
