"Good addition to the series. Loved the continuing story of Lacey and Savich and their son Sean. I like Coop and Lucy's romance but I had a problem with her decision on what to do about the Ring. With multiple story lines this was definitely action packed--I enjoyed this book."

" I think that Catherine Coulter has gotten to the point with Savich and Sherlock that Patricia Cornwell hit with Kay Scarpetta: it is time to let them go. The focus used to be on Savich/Sherlock using their paranormal-ish powers to help solve crimes and was barely mentioned in this book. There is a book after this one in the series, I don't know the title and don't think I am going to learn it. "

" I think Coulter has a split personality. She can't decide if she wants to write crime thrillers or paranormal accounts. The crime thriller side of this book was pretty good, but the paranormal part detracted a great deal from the story. I have read several by her, but this will be my last. "
