" This is a really good book, and although I didn't manage to do the complete 28-day program, I read the whole book and am sure I will go back through it often for encouragement in my meditation practice. I'm especially drawn to the Lovingkindness form of meditation, which is how I first heard of the author, and in following it, I can forgive myself for not sitting every day, and just start over.
