"I read this book in a day and it was lovely. I skipped over the time traveling section in the middle of the book and I was not sure what that added/didn't add to the story. so i just by passed it. The rest of the book is pretty good. I like Lisa's writing alot :) "

“Prince Nikolas Angelovsky is a wonderfully romantic, dark, and brooding hero complete with a haunted past…Kleypas’s style is clear and uncomplicated. If one can forgive the flashback, then the rest of the book is a treat.”
— Publishers Weekly" I liked Emma and Nikki. "
— Sha, 2/16/2014" Luckily I know Lisa Kleypas is a much more capable author. This book has been my least favorite of hers. The wallflowers are still my favorite. The only time I have liked time travel has been with Outlander. If you are new to LK books, start somewhere else. "
— Susan, 1/22/2014" It started good but then it went through that whole flash back thing and that sort of felt a bit wrong in the relationship. "
— Freya, 1/19/2014" I enjoyed this book but if you are a new fan to Lisa Kleypas I would not start here. I think her best are Dreaming of You, Again the Magic, and the Wallflower and Hathaway series. "
— Linds, 1/9/2014" Another one of my favorite Lisa Kleypas novels. Will always make me cry, hope and smile. "
— Godiva, 12/19/2013" I liked it up until the twist (read the book to find out what I'm talking about) "
— Michael, 12/10/2013" Probably the only Kleypas book I didn't particularly like. The characters were good - the plot was just weird. "
— Elle, 1/30/2013" Review to come...this was an AMAZING Historical Romance! "
— (Kelly)~DemonLover~, 11/28/2012" One of my favorite Kleypas books that everyone else seems to hate. Oh, well I loved it! "
— Erin, 11/10/2012" A fascinating story with an interesting twist. "
— Melowin, 7/28/2012" I didn't really like Stokehurst #1 and this one was better. Not as good as many of her other novels though. "
— Miko, 7/22/2012" You won't like this book if you're not a spiritual type of person. Nikolas is a true bad boy and he got whatever he wanted. I love seeing love unfold between Nikolas and Emma. I truly enjoyed this book, but you have to have an open mind to appreciate it. "
— Share, 3/27/2012" it was fun reading it. "
— stella, 2/26/2012" I didn't really care for the weird twist in this book. I also wasn't especially fond of the main characters. Overall, I was pretty let down by this one... "
— Laura, 12/26/2011" Another book with a decent reader, but I couldn't help but wonder if some of this would have worked better for me had I been reading it myself instead of listening to an audiobook. "
— Patricia, 12/9/2011" Over all a good read but I was not a big fan of Nicholas' "dream" part of the book and it's impact on the story. It seemed tacked on but still enjoyed the characters. "
— Marsha, 10/28/2011" Oh, how I love a Lisa Kleypas book. "
— Chrystal, 8/19/2011" You won't like this book if you're not a spiritual type of person. Nikolas is a true bad boy and he got whatever he wanted. I love seeing love unfold between Nikolas and Emma. I truly enjoyed this book, but you have to have an open mind to appreciate it. "
— Share, 8/12/2011" Love the author, hated this book. "
— Dallee, 7/9/2011" I didn't really like Stokehurst #1 and this one was better. Not as good as many of her other novels though. "

— Melowin, 6/21/2011" Probably the only Kleypas book I didn't particularly like. The characters were good - the plot was just weird. "
