Publisher Description

The gripping Jack Reacher thriller from the #1 New York Times bestselling authors Lee Child and Andrew Child

In Gerrardsville, Colorado, a woman dies under the wheels of a moving bus. The death is ruled a suicide. But Jack Reacher saw what really happened: A man in a gray hoodie and jeans, moving stealthily, pushed the victim to her demise—before swiftly grabbing the dead woman’s purse and strolling away.

When another homicide is ruled an accident, Reacher knows this is no coincidence. With a killer on the loose, Reacher has no time to waste to track down those responsible.

But Reacher is unaware that these crimes are part of something much larger and more far-reaching: an arsonist out for revenge, a foster kid on the run, a cabal of powerful people involved in a secret conspiracy with many moving parts.

There is no room for error, but they make a grave one. They don’t consider Reacher a threat. “There’s too much at stake to start running from shadows.” But Reacher isn’t a shadow. He is flesh and blood—and relentless when it comes to making things right. For when the threat is Reacher, there is no plan B.

" No Plan B follows the character of Jack Reacher as he investigates suspicious deaths in a small Colorado town and unravels a conspiracy connecting the two cases. Brick’s narration helps bring the characters to life with his crisp, clear delivery. Unfortunately, I found myself becoming bored with the book’s many descriptions of Reacher's movements and thought processes; the narrative jumped from scene to scene too quickly for me to follow along. Despite this issue, fans of detective thrillers will still find plenty of suspense in this audiobook. "

" Jack Reacher is largely reaching with this one - this audiobook is mostly unsatisfying, especially with earlier books being so good. The narration by Scott Brick was very good but the story, while engaging in places, was filled with inconsistencies and plot holes. The characters were flat and unconvincing, and the action sequences were confusing and disjointed. Overall, this book fails to deliver an enjoyable listening/reading experience for any Jack Reacher fan. "

" No Plan B (A Jack Reacher Novel) by Lee Child and Andrew Child is a thriller audiobook narrated by Scott Brick. The audiobook follows Jack Reacher as he attempts to solve the mysterious death of a woman in Gerrardsville, Colorado. The story is filled with suspense, as Jack uses his detective skills to uncover the truth behind the victim’s demise. Scott Brick's narration adds an extra layer of intensity to the story and honestly he's the best part of the audiobook. However, I found the plot to be too predictable at times and the characters lacking depth. Overall, No Plan B is an okay audiobook that will provide some decent (but not great) entertainment if you're looking for a casual listen. "

" If you're a fan of the Jack Reacher series, then you'll definitely want to get your hands on No Plan B. Lee and Andrew Child have done it again and it's great fun to join Reacher in his quest for justice yet again! Additionally this audiobook is narrated brilliantly by Scott Brick. This thrilling adventure takes place in Gerrardsville, Colorado, where a woman's death is ruled as a suicide--but Reacher uncovers the truth. As he races against time to track down the killer responsible, I was repeatedly thrilled by unexpected plot twists that kept me listening until the very end of the book's 11 hour runtime. With its seamless narration and captivating story line full of action-packed suspense, No Plan B is an audiobook not to be missed! "
