"Wow, this book totally blew my mind. This series has easily become my number one series. I just cannot describe my love for these books for there are no words in existence that even come close to my feelings of love towards Tris and Tobias, my hatred towards the Eritrude leaders, and my feelings to everything else. This series is one of the very few ones that I can honestly say that I can read this everyday till the end of time and still be swayed by the emotional trauma Tris goes through because I can easily relate. This is a definite read for all those who enjoyed Hunger Games, Eon, and Across the Universe."

“The next big thing.”
— Rolling Stone“Roth knows how to write. The novel’s love story, intricate plot, and unforgettable setting work in concert to deliver a novel that will rivet fans of the first book.”
— Publishers Weekly“Insurgent explores several critical themes, including the importance of family and the crippling power of grief at its loss. A very good read.”
— School Library Journal“In this addictive sequel to the acclaimed Divergent, a bleak postapocalyptic Chicago collapses into all-out civil war…Another spectacular cliffhanger…Anyone who read the first book was dying for this one months ago; they’ll hardly be able to wait for the concluding volume.”
— Kirkus Reviews“The action never slows…[An] incredibly addictive plot. The ending is a high point—just when you think you might not get enough information to satisfy, the perfect amount of mystery is revealed.”
— RT Book Reviews (4½ stars, Top Pick!)" Dystopian has been done to death now, but I want to see where Veronica Roth takes this. Comparisons to The Hunger Games are inevitable, but the different factions are realised extremely well. "
— Hazza, 2/1/2014" Can't wait for the third book!!!!! "
— Jennifer, 1/29/2014" Not as good as Divergent - but enjoyed it enough to go on to the next. Love the Chicago references. "
— Peggy, 1/28/2014" Riveting! I could not put this book down... I love the progress that Tris has made in trusting people and accepting who she is. "
— Corvinus, 1/27/2014" am waiting for the third book :) "
— Sam, 1/24/2014" Favorite dystopian yet. Couldn't put it down last night. Read it over to cover in 1 night. Worth the yawning I've been doing today. Can't wait for the 3rd and final book coming out 10-22-13 :) "
— Traci, 1/23/2014" Fantastic dystopian series, doesn't dissapoint. Action, Rebellion, Love, fighting, bravery, etc. Awesome "
— Jennifer, 1/11/2014" Sorry, but I just couldn't get through it. It REALLY lacked the qualities that Divergent had to keep people's attention. I don't think I'll read #3. "
— Anthony, 1/9/2014" better than the first one. "
— Carlio, 1/7/2014" I want a Tobias Eaton in my life!!! This second book of the Divergent Trilogy is full of truths, and revelations which cause trust issues between Tris and Tobias' relationship. "
