About the Authors

Dr. James E. Walton, a clinical family therapist, radio talk show host, and newspaper columnist, holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and a master’s degree in family therapy. He’s a licensed marriage and family therapist and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. In his private practice in Los Angeles, he has nearly twenty years’ experience treating individuals with sleep and stress issues using his combined method of psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis.
