"A comfort food. I like most of the offerings in this series. The vampire mythology is good for me as I don't like the whole undead vampire thing so any explanation that makes them not dead and not have to kill the one they love is good with me. This one is more like the earlier books in the series instead of the last few. In other words it focuses more on the couple and less on the evil set of vampires who are warring with them. It is light hearted but not in a real campy way. Usually the things the old vampires go through to try to reconnect with the modern world once they meet their lifemate are amusing. The hero was a likable man and a gentleman and the heroine was a strong self sufficient woman. If you like the series, you'll probably like this one."

“A great romance, a nice bit of suspense and a good dose of humor make this addition to Sands’ vampire series a delight. The new villain and the many familiar faces create a story with great entertainment value.”

— Jessie, 2/2/2014" Another great installment of the Argeneaus... I really want Bricker to have his own book. I love him. He is too funny! I enjoyed getting to know Cale and Alex. They were likable and their chemistry was awesome, as always. A little too easy for me, but I like obstacles with my romance. :) "

— Diane, 3/30/2012" I absolutely LOVED this book. It seems to me that Argeneau just keeps getting better and better. Hungry For You, didn't have the usual immortal pressuring the mortal into a relationship it was a nice slow build up and a classic romantic falling in love story. HIGHLY recommend this one. "
