    " A Christian psychologist explains some common psychological/emotional problems and their symptoms and briefly discusses how to deal with them. My inexperience with psychology limits my abilities to review this book, but it certainly brought up some things in my life that I plan to work on. It's an easy and productive read. "

About the Author

Dr. Henry Cloud has written or cowritten more than twenty books, including the bestselling Boundaries series. His books have sold more than five million copies.
