The story line about Queen Charlotte and King George V was so interesting and a very intense story line.The maddest the king suffered and the love and patience Queen Charlotte showed him was so touching. Truly a love worth reading. Highly recommend this book."

Julia Quinn is a #1 New York Times bestselling author of several series of historical romance and mystery novels, which are perennial bestsellers. Her popular Bridgerton series is the basis for a Netflix series. There are ten million copies of her books in print in the United States alone, and they have been translated into forty-three languages. She is a graduate of Harvard and Radcliffe College.
Shonda Rhimes is the critically acclaimed and award-winning creator and executive producer of the hit television series Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, and Scandal and the executive producer of How to Get Away with Murder. Her writing credits also include Princess Diaries 2: A Royal Engagement, Crossroads, and Introducing Dorothy Dandridge. She earned a BA degree from Dartmouth College in English literature with creative writing and received her MFA from the USC School of Cinema-Television, where she was awarded the prestigious Gary Rosenberg Writing Fellowship. She now runs her production company, Shondaland, from Los Angeles, where she lives.
