Publisher Description

Imagine a killer who thinks, "What is the worst thing anyone has ever done?"--and then goes far beyond it. Now imagine four women --a police detective, an assistant DA, a reporter, and a medical examiner --who join forces as they sidestep their bosses to track down criminals. Known as the Women's Murder Club, they are pursuing a murderer whose twisted imagination has stunned an entire city. Their chief suspect is a socially prominent writer, but the men in charge won't touch him. On the trail of the most terrifying and unexpected killer ever, they discover a shocking surprise that turns everything about the case upside down.

"I'm new to reading fiction for leisure, but this book was one of the best so far. The narrator was upbeat, entertaining, and easy to follow for extended periods. I also enjoyed the plot and story-line of the book. My one complaint is that while listening to the book whenever I attempted to bookmark my location the app would accept the time-stamp but it would be associated with the introductory "Thank you" track, not the actual track, causing me to have to manually record my location in my Notes app. Twice during the book the bookmark pointed to my actual track and time stamp. Wasn't a deal breaker just a little annoying. Overall good book. Time for the next one in the series :)"
