" Did some research on this guy after reading the book and discovered he's another dude who runs expensive workshops and sells a lot of things, recycling the same concepts and words over and over, that promise miraculous healing (proof of which is anecdotes only). Most of this is based on meditation and human belief, none of which are new concepts, and he convolutes a lot of them. You will note there are no critical reviews of him anywhere online except on places like Goodreads, dude clearly has a good marketing team that control his online presence. I do not recommend purely because the science in his books is very loose and seem to be a gateway to more of his products that promise to be the elixir of life you need. Hard pass. "
