"Cozy murder mysteries set out of a bookstore "Death On Demand.""
— Vicky (4 out of 5 stars)
“Displays the charm and coziness of Christie.”
— Chicago Sun-Times“The reigning monarch of the amateur sleuth mystery delivers royally.”
— Cleveland Plain Dealer“An absolute delight for fans of the cozy mystery. There are interesting characters, humor, romance, and plot twists enough to warm the heart of every mystery fan. Of course, Hart once more tosses about mystery titles to whet the readers appetite and once again includes Annie’s picture mysteries for the reader to solve.”
— RT Book Reviews (4 stars)“Rich in Southern atmosphere…populated by a diverse and engaging cast, including the fallible, endearing leads, and following a deftly constructed plot line, this tale is charming—and gripping.”
— Publishers Weekly“The usual clever plot and charming characters ensue.”
— Library Journal“Hart creates lively, sympathetic characters and interesting locales and maintains a snappy pace.”
— Booklist" It was ok......not the best from Death on Demand. "
— Dahlia, 11/5/2013" Pretty typical mystery. Good beach read "
— Mirrhya, 10/16/2013" This is the first of this series I read, but I just wasn't overly impressed with it so I don't think I will be continuing with them. "
— Daelith, 10/8/2013" I found this to be one of the better books in this series. The author didn't drop as many name of other mystery writers as she has in other books in the series. There was more action and there was just enough clues dropped along the way to keep me trying to fogure out who the killer might be. "
— Ivy, 10/5/2013" This is a cozy mystery meaning there is not much graphic violence or anything. It's brain candy. If you enjoy one you will probably enjoy them all, until they seem too the same. However, if anyone knows a guy like her husband Mac can you send him my way please? "
— Kate, 8/10/2013" Nice little old fashinoned kind of mystery in which everybody knows everybody else. "
— Raymond, 7/25/2013" It was OK, just your usual cozy. Nothing really unexpected. I figured it out pretty early. "
— Katrina, 6/27/2013" A light easy read, but slightly predictable mystery. "
— Sandie, 12/17/2012" Didn't care for the ending! "
— Katelyn, 6/28/2012" eh. i am certainly not going to run out and check out her other 9 books (this one fell in my lap). was annoyed that i found two mistake in the book - once she put in the wrong person's name during a discussion, and another time the middle name of a character changed - within about 10 pages.
