" This fiction work made a huge impression on me. Caused me to ponder and search scripture about the not-so-fictional active spiritual forces. "

" I never thought I'd read a book like this. I like fiction, but hadn't read any that were Christian books. A couple of friends recommended this after a bible study group. It took me about the first 4 chapters to really get into the book, but it was worth it. I'm intrigued by the concept of spiritual warfare, so this gave me some food for thought. Warning, don't let it take over your mind. Some of my friends have made interesting comments after reading this. "

" I read this book so many years ago, and I was completely enraptured by it. It was the first real Christian fiction I encountered, aside from C.S. Lewis - which is more fantasy. It had a profound impact on me at the time and made me a Peretti fan. "
