"Fun! A mash-up of historical fiction, espionage thriller, horror, camp and delightfully dark humor. While the plot is purely incredible, the characters, relationships and action provoke a willingly suspension of disbelief. Cade's anachronistic slang is funny and charming. Flashbacks add depth and interest in a cotton candy conspiracy way. The use of popular fiction / cultural icons for cameo appearances added to the whimsical humor peppering the thrill ride with a greater variety of humor. Within the spoofiness there are provocative philosophical questions about friendship, free will and the possibility of change and redemption. Fans of action hero thrillers and Buffy-verse might enjoy this series. I look forward to future installments."

" The first book in the series was fun but this is just silly. The conspiracy is so huge it would be easier to list those not in the know than those that are. I am happy to suspend disbelief for an enjoyable read but this asks far too much. "

About Christopher Farnsworth
Christopher Farnsworth is a screenwriter and has now written the first three novels in the President’s Vampire series. He has worked as a staff writer, columnist, and investigative reporter, and his work has appeared in the New York Post, New Republic, and Washington Monthly. He has sold his first script, The Academy, to the MGM studio.
