" This is the 3rd time I've listened to the WoT series in it's entirety. Always a great read. "

Jordan brings the story to life with his flair for detailed story telling, believable dialogue, and fast paced story. Great story to read, even better with the dual voiced narration. "

" Though this book had some lulls in the storyline, Jordan kept the same grandiose epic feel of the series going. I think Lord of the Rings will forever be the greatest fantasy epic ever written, but this series is now second place in my personal opinion. It is quickly earning a special place in my literary heart. "

" This book was kind of lukewarm for me. Really just another step to getting to the end of the series. Basically, much of it was they loose the Horn of Valere (and Matt's knife) and spend the whole book trying to get it back after getting it back and loosing it again half way through the story. Once again things seem to just fall into place a little too perfectly for me, but maybe because that is just how the wheel weaves the pattern for everything to work out in the end for everyone:) "

" The plot thickens as Rand, Perrin, and Mat weave the lives and events around them into the pattern of time. The Great Hunt adds depth and complexity to everything in Robert Jordan's world and leaves you knowing that there are countless more enjoyable hours to spend with the series. "

" Eye of the World was good, but The Great Hunt has taken the concepts introduced and further expanded the world. More mythology, more characters, more obscure fight scenes . . . Awesome read. "
