About Robert Jordan
Robert Jordan (1948-2007) is best known for his internationally bestselling epic fantasy series The Wheel of Time®, which has sold over forty million copies in North America and has been adapted for the screen. The series is considered one of the most important and bestselling series in the history of fantasy publishing. A native of Charleston, he graduated from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, with a degree in physics. He served two tours in Vietnam with the US Army and received multiple decorations for his service.
About Rosamund Pike
Rosamund Pike was born in London to a classical violinist mother and opera singer father. She traveled throughout Europe during her early childhood and now speaks fluent German and French. As an actress she has appeared in a number of films and television series, including Wives and Daughters, An Education, Jack Reacher, and the Bond film Die Another Day.
