"Another terrific entry in the Seven Realms high fantasy series. Man, do I love these books! Raisa really comes into her own in this book, fighting off attacks both physical and political. Great action and magical scenes as well as romantic interludes. It is also great to see Han mature and become more secure in his use of wizardry. Bit of a cliffhanger ending-- I have to wait another whole year for the next one?!"
