"it was really great! There was this schtick with Gillian and Brodick, where Brodick would forbid her from doing something, but Gillian would do it anyway. For once, I found the romance-novel schtick cute and amusing. I guess that is just one of Garwood’s many talents! "

" I enjoyed this book! I liked the characters, enjoyed the story line & it made me laugh out loud a few times. I think she could of spread it over a bit longer of a time period, for example the heroine has QUITE a day - multiple things happening to her that are important to the story - and it is described as ALL happening in one single day. Good book overall, I would read more from this author :) "
