" I had read two of Kay Hooper's earlier books in this series a long time ago when I came across this book. I decided to read this because I was looking for something quick but good...it didn't disappoint. Not only was this a good mystery, but the dabbling in the psychic phenomena added a whole other dimension. These stories definitely make a person think beyond the "normal", though I'm not sure how believable I find them. I did enjoy reading this though. "

There are sparks with the sherriff in town from the beginning then, Isabel looses her psychic ability. Can she regain it in time to catch a killer before he finds her? I was surprised by the ending. Very good book. "
