Cade Courtley spent most of his young adult life in the outdoors, developing a foundation that would serve him well. After graduating from the University of San Diego, he was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy and began Navy SEAL training (BUD/S). After several tours as a platoon commander, Cade left the SEAL teams to pursue other challenges. He was the host of the Spike TV and Discovery International show Surviving Disaster and appears as a regular commentator on CNN and Fox News.
