About the Author

Jayne Ann Krentz is the acclaimed author of numerous New York Times bestselling novels. She writes contemporary romantic suspense novels under her own name, futuristic novels as Jayne Castle, and historical romance novels under the pseudonym Amanda Quick. There are over thirty-five million copies of her books in print. She holds a degree in library science from San Jose State University and previously worked as a librarian at Duke University.
