" This book had me gripped from the start. I love how Agatha Christie's writing gets you thinking and then you come away from the book and realise that who you thought the killer was, was in fact not the actual killer. It's mind boggling. "

" Enjoyable mystery. Quite a few characters to keep straight, but the plot moves along swiftly. My favorite Poirot is still The Murder of Roger Akroyd, but this volume is very good too. "

" This is one of Agatha's books that I find quite funny in the part where Poirot was countlessly complainin' about the conditions in the Long Meadow's house! In this book, he met Mrs. Oliver again and it seems that her so called 'Woman's Intuition' was taking a break...lol XD "
