"This book was really good. It had a very good suspenceful story. You have to really consider you know nothing when the story unravels."

" Ok I found this book unreadable. I got half way through it and decided why bother? I just didn't care and the male lead was one of the most two dimensional characters I have ever come across. The writing and language was awful. "comfort-able"? please. "

" Can't believe I'm reading a vintage Harlequin Romance novel! I mean, it's totally pre-cell phones and the Internet...complete with dorky dialogue! "

" This was a disgusting book. It looked interesting when I requested it from the library. I could not even finish it. A little romance is OK, but when it is paired up with manipulation, I could not handle it. To close to home. "

" Conn Landry has Honor Mayfield in his iron gray sights. Oddly, once he has her trapped, in spite of the dangers they present to each other, neither of them knows what they want to do about it. This was a quick, light romance read while I was running around on the bus. "

" It was okay. Not great. Never really connected with the characters. The plot was a little to shallow and contrived. Easy fast read. "

" Not my favorite characters or plot, but still worth re-reading. Honor Mayfield comes across as immature in many ways and Constantine Landry comes across as almost a bully in places. I enjoyed the horse racing and horses but would have liked more depth to that part of the story. "
